FTD typically can return professionally edited photos and videos within 24 to 36 hours of filming, however we aim to have your proofs ready to approve within 48 hours. Often we can be onsite within 24 hours, or the same day if you're ready to film immediately!

FTD utilizes DJI Mini 4 Pro and Antigravity A1 equipment to ensure the highest quality footage possible. We are continuously investing in the latest technology and equipment, and plan to increase our fleet soon to include thermal detection imagery and LIDAR scanning technology.

Our Antigravity A1 drones provide video footage in 8K (30fps), 5.2K (60fps), 4K (100fps), or 4K Slow Motion (30fps); and photographs in 55 megapixel. This drone is the world's first full 360 degree camera drone; allowing for unique and limitless post-editing creativity. This drone is unique for roof inspections, and hard to access areas, as we can pass the viewing device to the client mid-flight for real-time inspections of hard-to reach areas.

Our DJI Mini 4 Pro drones provide video footage in either 4K (100fps), or FHD (200fps); and photographs in 48 megapixel. DJI is an industry leading drone pioneer, and the Mini 4 Pro is a workhorse that provides dependable high quality content for professionals.

We will email you a hyperlink redirecting you to the files within 24-48 hours of filming. If your project requires additional post-processing work including mapping, video editing, or image stitching, delivery time can take several days. The link allows you to download your files though, and begin using the files your your business / professional purposes.

It is typically not necessary for you to be on-site for the shoot; however, you are welcome to join us if you feel it will be beneficial. Our pilots are trained professionals and can capture high-quality footage in just about any setting. Prior to scheduling the project, we will discuss your preferences, goals, and objectives for the shoot. We're open to your feedback during the footage shoot.

This depends on what you are trying to accomplish and your personal preferences. Wind, and precipitation can affect content quality. For marketing photos, many professionals prefer partly cloudy weather because of the abundant sunlight along with just enough clouds in the sky to display texture in the photos. We are flexible with scheduling if poor weather conditions arise.

Certain locations may require additional permitting or pre-authorization. Prior to scheduling the project, we will discuss your unique situation and the desired filming location. In the event additional permitting is required, we typically can secure the necessary approvals without prompting project delays.

We generally do not charge hourly rates. Each project is different, and prior to scheduling the project we'll provide a detailed quote that you can rely on. Our basic pricing structure however, is listed under the BOOK NOW section.

Cash and Credit Card are acceptable forms of payment.

FTD shoots footage in RAW (DNG) format and film in either MP4 or MOV format. The RAW (DNG) images are converted to JPG when edited. 

FTD will provide a detailed quote prior to scheduling the project; should mileage or travel fees be applicable, they will be clearly outlined in the detailed quote.

FTD carries $1,000,000 in General Umbrella Liability coverage, and can provide Certificates of Insurance upon request. If additional insurance coverage is required, we can acquire the increased coverage for each project without prompting project delays.

FTD requires upfront payment in full prior to filming onsite for new customers. You will receive an invoice prior to filming, with a link that accepts credit card payment online.
